July's First Nibs: Graham Crackers, Summer Berries & Single Origin Cacao

With blueberries finally coming into season, we've got summer flavors and celebrations on our mind.

We've crafted this month's First Nibs bars in honor of two American summer traditions: blueberry pie & apple pie. 

Apple Pie, (Pangoa, Peru, 68%) 

As American as apple pie, this bar melds cinnamon, vanilla and apples into spicy Pangoa chocolate. Topped with gluten-free graham crackers, this chocolate bar even has a crust. (contains soy and honey)

Please note: the graham crackers are gluten-free, but they contain soy lecithin (a common emulsifier) and are sweetened with honey. Raaka does not use emulsifiers in our chocolate, but we were unable to source a gluten free graham without these ingredients. If you prefer not to have the graham crackers in your chocolate - email and we'll send your bars without graham!
Red, White & Blue, (Maya Mountain Cacao, Belize, 68%)
 Tiny pieces of cherries, blueberries, and coconut are blended into the sweet Belizean chocolate. Each bite promises a subtle patriotic visual. 
Vanilla Rooibos (Oko Caribe, D.R. & CIAAB, Bolivia 67%)
Notes of sweet cherries and toasted marshmallows make this the ideal bar for your summer s'mores.
