What’s civilization without fermentation? Without fermentation, we’d have no chocolate or wine to enjoy. We’ve combined their sublime flavors into one delicious, stimulating experience by steaming cacao over simmering wine. This a beloved harmony of the tannins. You don’t even need a glass! 

We first created this bar as part of our First Nibs monthly chocolate subscription in December 2015. We loved it, and luckily our subscribers did too, so we released it as a limited batch "Best of First Nibs" in early 2016. We're excited to have introduced this bar into our full-time collection. Cabernet Sauvignon showcases what we're all about: innovative processes and exciting, creative flavors.  

All of our chocolate is certified organic, kosher and non-GMO, as well as gluten and soy free.
