Cocoa beans come in a tremendous variety of flavors. The first step of conventional chocolate making is to roast cocoa beans, which drives off some facinating flavors. Raaka delivers flavors you simply can’t find in other chocolates because we make chocolate without roasting our cocoa beans.
We make chocolate using primarily organic ingredients, and our chocolate is vegan, nut-free and gluten free.
