BRULEE IN A BAR
We craft this bar with perfectly ripe bananas, fruity Tanzanian cacao, house caramelized sugar, and vanilla bean. Our tribute to the iconic New Orleans dessert.
This chocolate bar is delicious!!! The dark chocolate is really good and you can taste the banana, not artificial at all. Love it!!!!
The best flavor of the original library
I may live for the variety of the micro-batch subscription, but I love all chocolate with a serious passion. And finding quality chocolate in this flavor that lives up(does not taste like artificial banana) to the dessert- Banana Foster- is a find that is worth eating, buying more, & getting creative. I was most recently inspired to melt this bar and dip it in banana pieces, which I then chill in the freezer and eat.
smooth, and perfectly combined - i've never been a banana lover, hated them as a child - so it was with courage and skepticism I stepped into the world of this bar - soo smooth, and gentle on all the different flavor detectors on my tongue, and just the right amount of sweetness -- I always enjoy my raaka in little nibbles and let them melt on my tongue - this bar is sooo fun to do that with !
I generally hate banana flavored candy, and artificial banana flavor is THE WORST. ... but this bar is DELICIOUS! I am so glad I tried it. The banana flavor is authentic, like in banana bread, and subtle - it blends with the earthy chocolate flavor like the inverse of how chocolate chips enhance banana bread. I’m an convert: I would buy this again!
