Unroasted Cacao
We make our chocolate with unroasted cacao beans so you can taste the naturally fruity flavor of cacao.
Bean-to-Bar
We make all of our chocolate bars in small batches from bean-to-bar, with single origin cacao at our factory in Brooklyn, New York.
Transparent Trade
We source our cacao directly from single estate farms, farmer owned cooperatives, and grower centered organizations. Ensuring traceability from beginning to end.
Single Origin

Still having trouble? please email info@raakachocolate.com. Please note any requests made before the 15th of the month will apply to the current month’s shipment unless otherwise requested. All requests made on the 15th until the end of the month will apply to the following month’s shipment.
WHEN WILL THE CHOCOLATE SHIP?
We ship every batch on or around the 15th of the month. If you order between the 1st and 15th, your order will ship on the 15th; if you order between the 15th and the end of the month, your order will ship out within 3 business days. In general, you will always receive the FN box from the month you ordered in. Be sure to enter the receiver's address for gift subscriptions and we'll take care of the rest.
You can skip a shipment at anytime from your customer portal. If you need your order held or shipped on a different date, please reach out to info@raakachocolate.com
WHAT IS FIRST NIBS?
First Nibs is our monthly micro-batch chocolate subscription. Every month we make two brand new, single origin micro-batch bars and ship them directly to your mailbox, along with a third Raaka classic. These are are often our most creative and memorable bars - the kind you’ll savor in your stash until the very last bite.
CAN I BUY THE BARS INDIVIDUALLY?
Our monthly micro-batch bars are available exclusively to First Nibs subscribers. Occassionally we will have a few extra bars that we'll make available on our website at the end of the month, but availability is limited and subscribers get first dibs.
ARE FIRST NIBS ALLERGEN FRIENDLY?
Our chocolate is certified organic, kosher, and non-GMO, and always free from gluten, soy, and dairy.
CAN I SEE THE FULL SCHEDULE OF FLAVORS?
Due to the ever-changing nature of our R&D innovation process and ingredient availability, we are working on our flavors in real time. Every month, you will be getting a first taste of the treats we’re currently most excited about. We'll send you an email and update the website at the beginning of each month to let you know what flavors we're making. We'll always leave time for you to skip a month if necessary.
