Pink Sea Salt Minis (Box of 100)

A rock solid classic in bite-size

A fruity, complex salted dark chocolate to end all salted dark chocolates. Made with single origin cacao from Zorzal Cacao, a farm and fermentary within a bird sanctuary in the Dominican Republic, and sprinkled with Peruvian pink salt sourced from Salt of the Earth Co.

At 71%, these little bites hit the dark sweet spot: dark enough for those who those who like a higher intensity chocolate, light enough for those who prefer a perfect balance of beans and sugar. We think New York Magazine said it best: this chocolate has a “deep, dark, mysterious flavor with hints of cherry; and a finish as long as a David Foster Wallace footnote.”

Each box contains approximately 100 mini bars.

Raaka is the best!

I just love the Pink Sea Salt (dark chocolate) minis I get them auto shipped every 60 days. They have saved me from my vicious sweet tooth that won’t allow me to lose weight. But a couple of mini’s a day, keeps ‘Mr Chubs’ away! Love your product as it tastes sooo good, thanks!

Quality chocolate, consciously produced

I appreciate the quality and care that goes into crafting this intense chocolate. The packaging is also consciously prepared, and recyclable. The chocolates arrive without an overabundance of packing material, which I deeply appreciate. This is a company that obviously has the entire planet in mind when producing its products, which is rare these days. For me, the taste is a little bitter, and not as creamy as I like in a dark chocolate. But that does not take away how much I admire Raaka and its process.
