If you log in to your account, you can click on the manage subscriptions button in the upper left corner. From there, pause/edit/cancel anytime, change delivery frequency and apply loyalty points or other discount codes.
Don't forget you can add or remove items, change your address & payment method, or skip an upcoming order.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Of course! There's no commitment here. Skip, pause, or cancel your subscription before your next order date. You can make changes to your subscription through your account, by text, or by emailing us at info@raakachocolate.com
You'll receive a notification three days before your subscription order processes. Please note, once an order has been processed and charged we may not be able to cancel it.
