At 4 net carbs per bar, it is a great keto-friendly option for those who aren't allergic or intolerant to coconut or strawberry. It tastes absolutely delicious. The notes of coconut are fantastic. I don't really taste the strawberry, but it is possibly also there just to help it not taste bitter. It is easily one of the best-tasting chocolate bars I've ever had. It's as chocolate should be, deeply dark and rich, but not so bitter you can't enjoy it. Honestly, I've had chocolate bars sweetened with "natural" sugar like coconut sugar that had so many grams of carbs and sugar in it but yet were still so bitter, much more bitter than this bar with so much less sugar and carbs so that it's truly a much healthier option. I really prefer white chocolate, but this bar almost coverts me to chocolate. I'd love to try to replicate my own version with white chocolate, freeze-dried strawberries, and coconut flakes. Thank you for the inspiration. Please consider a white chocolate version of this and other keto-friendly white chocolate bars.

What does unroasted mean?
Cacao beans are the seeds of the cacao fruit, harvested and prepared by producers at origin. Every bean has a flavor profile shaped by the soil and climate it grows in, as well as the care each producer takes in cultivating and processing it. This fruity flavor is often roasted away in favor of that classic “chocolatey” note. We love this fruit-forward flavor, and we make our chocolate without roasting so you can enjoy it too.
Is this chocolate vegan?
You bet. All of our bars are 100% vegan. Some dark chocolates still contain milk powder, but ours do not. Instead, we make vegan "milk style" and white chocolate bars with oats and coconut.

How do you ship chocolate when it's hot out?
Don't fret, we check the weather before mailing every order. If it's going to be hotter than 75ºF anywhere en route, we use insulation and ice packs to ensure you receive your chocolate in perfect condition!
